As these products are Custom Made and specially made for you, we do not
offer refund for any product..
We always recheck the order before dispatching.
In order to return the product, please contact us and advise us of the problem.
Goods are to be returned to us at your expense and your risk.
Collect packages will not be accepted. Use a new envalope or box to pack the garment.
Please enclose a note showing your name and the order number.
Wrap the package securely and send by post or courier to our address given on "Contact Us" page.
Mark the package clearly 'Customer Return'.
The customer has to send the jeans to our address (Refer "Contact Us" page for address where to return) at their cost & risk.
As these garments are custom made especially for you, and we do not provide any refunds.
If our measurements differ from what you gave us, we will replace the jeans with a new one absolutely free of charge on return of the old jeans to us to check.
You may send us jeans to alter if you did mistakes in taking your own measurements and don't get proper fitting as per your requirements. This is our free service to all our customers. Customers must send us jeans at their cost.
All our garments are hand cut and individually sewn, Due to variations in fabric stretching, they may sometimes differ slightly with the measurements submitted; however as we check each product individually the difference will not be much.
Once we receive the return we will offer you a choice of
- For minor change, we will alter the same piece & dispatch again to your address.
- A prompt replacement with the problem corrected.
- An alternative item of the same value.
You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
