By using, accessing, browsing, ordering, or purchasing from this website (“the Site”), you warrant and represent that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of the information and services provided herein. By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Adults Only
This Site is intended for adults only. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to use the Site. If you are under eighteen (18), a parent or guardian must create an account and place orders on your behalf.
Fabric & Accessories Availability
If a fabric goes out of stock after an order is placed, we will refund the order amount for that specific fabric.
For multiple orders placed on the same fabric, we will not entertain claims if adequate stock is unavailable.
If an accessory becomes unavailable after order placement, we may substitute it with a similar accessory without prior notice.
Colors and Wash Treatments
Color tones may vary for certain wash treatments (e.g., Bleached, Super Bleached, Blast Wash).
We do not guarantee exact color matching with images displayed on the website.
As each pair of jeans is custom-made, complaints regarding minor shade variations will not be entertained.
Order Refusal & Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse any order if we find the request to be unexpected or unnatural.
We may update or change advertised prices at any time before you place an order.
Returns & Replacements
As all jeans are custom-made, refunds are not offered.

Payment
Payments can be made securely through PayPal or via credit card (processed through PayPal or PayTM).
Indian customers may also pay via AXIS Bank deposit (cash or cheque) or demand draft in favor of SQ Jeans (Surat).
Payment will be debited before we begin processing your order.
Plus-Size Orders
Jeans with waist sizes larger than 38 inches will incur additional costs due to increased fabric usage and shipping weight.
The additional charges will be automatically calculated and added to your final order total.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Gujarat, India.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
Terms Regarding Fitting & Measurements
We are responsible only for producing jeans based on the measurements you provide. If jeans do not fit due to incorrect measurements submitted, no dispute or claim will be entertained.
We maintain photographic records of jeans produced and cross-verify measurements before dispatch.
Certain measurements (e.g., Back Rise & Thighs at 6”) are proportionally related to other measurements. We reserve the right to adjust these slightly to ensure garment accuracy. For example: Back Rise will generally be 4.00" to 5.50” larger than Front Rise.
Thighs at 6” will be adjusted according to Thighs at 1” and Knee measurements.
When worn for the first time, jeans may feel slightly tighter at the waist, seat, and thighs. Based on our experience, they will loosen within 2–3 hours of wear.
Since jeans are stitched first and then undergo wash treatments, measurements may vary slightly. A tolerance of 0.5”–0.75” is considered acceptable in the custom clothing industry.
Please note that as jeans are handmade, they may appear different from standard ready-made jeans.
