Return Policy

 

Return & Refund Policy

As all our products are Custom Made and tailored specially for you, we do not offer refunds for any product. However, we provide replacement and alteration services under the following conditions: 

1. Order Verification
Every order is carefully rechecked before dispatch to ensure accuracy.2. Returning a Product
Before returning a product, please contact us and inform us of the issue.
Goods must be returned at your expense and risk.
Collect (COD) packages will not be accepted.
Use a new envelope or box to securely pack the garment.
Enclose a note clearly stating your name and order number.
Wrap the package securely, mark it clearly as “Customer Return”, and send it by post or courier to the address listed on our “Contact Us” page.

3. Replacement Policy
If the jeans we deliver differ from the measurements you provided, we will replace them free of charge upon return of the original jeans for verification.4. Alteration Service
If incorrect measurements are submitted by the customer and the jeans do not fit as required, you may return them for alteration.
This is a free service offered to all our customers.
Customers must, however, bear the cost of returning the jeans to us.

5. Handmade Variation
All garments are hand-cut and individually sewn.
Due to natural variations in fabric stretching, slight measurement differences may occur.
As we carefully check each product, such variations will be minimal and within acceptable industry tolerance.Once we receive the return we will offer you a choice of -
1 - For minor change, we will alter the same piece & dispatch again to your address.
2 - A prompt replacement with the problem corrected.
3 - An alternative item of the same value.
You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
